The STEM Inclusionary captures and demystifies the institutional knowledge and broadening participation practices of our nation’s HBCUs in an effort to boldly confront, address, and redress the historical norms, traditions, and attitudes about minoritized STEM students that have limited our nation’s capacity to build a diverse and competitive STEM workforce.
